When your code has bugs, you’ll want to have an organized bug tracking system to keep things in order.
That’s where this template comes in handy. Start by adding any new bugs to the Bug Inbox. Every week, triage them by severity and move bugs from the Bug Inbox to either Big Bugs or Small Bugs section.
Then choose which bugs you want to fix first, and move those to the In Progress section. From there, move them along to In Review, to Merged and finally to Deployed.
Tip: To use this template with the rest of your support team, share the project with everyone and assign tasks to people.
