If you want to update your Todoist Business billing cycle, billing information, or download your invoices, here's how:
You have to be the team admin to manage your Business billing information.
- Log in to your Todoist account at https://todoist.com.
- Click on your team in the sidebar.
- Click Settings in the top-right corner.
- Under your team's name in the left-hand sidebar, click Billing.
- Click on Manage billing.
- To update your billing cycle, click Update plan.
- To update your name, address, or VAT ID, click Update below Billing Information.
- To update your credit card information, click the pencil icon to the right of your current credit card information.
- To download your invoice, click on the invoice you need below Invoice History.
Unfortunately, this is not supported. The invoices are only sent to the admin of your Business team.
