If you want to update your Todoist Business billing cycle, billing information, or download your invoices, here's how:


You have to be the team admin to manage your Business billing information.

  1. Log in to your Todoist account at
  2. Click on your team in the sidebar.
  3. Click Settings in the top-right corner.
  4. Under your team's name in the left-hand sidebar, click Billing.
  5. Click on Manage billing.
    1. To update your billing cycle, click Update plan.
    2. To update your name, address, or VAT ID, click Update below Billing Information.
    3. To update your credit card information, click the pencil icon to the right of your current credit card information.
    4. To download your invoice, click on the invoice you need below Invoice History.


Unfortunately, this is not supported. The invoices are only sent to the admin of your Business team.

Your Business plan will be cancelled, and your team be returned to the Beginner plan. None of your data will be lost, but you'll lose access to Business features. Learn more

It's not possible to change the billing currency of an active subscription. You'll need to cancel your current Business subscription first, and then sign up for a new subscription.
