As you're reading today's feature article, or the next chapter in your self-help book, you spot valuable insights you want to save as a Todoist task. If you have supported Apple device, you can use Live Text to scan text from images or videos, and quickly turn them into tasks.
- Check if Live Text is turned on for your Apple device.
- Open your phone camera and focus on the text.
- Tap the Live Text icon that appears at the bottom-right of screen. It'll zoom in to the selected text.
- Tap and select the text you want to turn into a Todoist task.
- Tap the chevron icon.
- Select Share.
- Select Todoist. This opens Quick Add with the task name pre-filled with the selected text.
- Add any additional task details, like a date, priority, or reminder.
- Tap the submit icon to add the task.
