Todoist stores all your completed tasks so you can easily find and search through all the things you’ve accomplished. You can find your completed tasks in three places:
Inside projects
Inside your projects you'll be able to view all of the project's tasks that have been completed and removed from your active task list.
- Click the project.
- Click the View icon at the top-right.
- Toggle on Completed tasks.
Note
Completed task visibility syncs across devices and in shared projects.
To restore tasks that have been completed, all you have to do is uncheck them in the completed task view and they will be added back to your active task list. Learn more about uncompleting tasks.
In the Activity log
In your Activity log you’ll be able to view your completed tasks (including recurring tasks) from all projects.
- Click your avatar on the top-right.
- Select Activity log.
- Click All actions.
- Select Completed tasks.
Note
In the task view
You can quickly see all of your completed sub-tasks by opening the task view of the parent task. Here’s how:
Click a parent task to see the details in the task view. If there are any completed sub-tasks, you’ll see them under Sub-tasks.
