Eat The Frog

About this setup

Productivity consultant Brian Tracy named the Eat The Frog method after this quote from Mark Twain: “If it's your job to eat a frog, it's best to do it first thing in the morning.”

Or, said another way: identify one important task for the day and do it first so you can make consistent progress on what’s truly important.

Instructions

  1. Identify your frog - or your hardest, most important task. Only choose one!
  2. Eat it - complete the task
  3. Repeat every day
