The Calendar integration brings your external calendar commitments into Todoist, syncing a read-only version of your Google Calendar events into the Today and Upcoming views. You can also use the integration to sync your time-blocked and all-day tasks to Google Calendar, and reschedule tasks from there. By seeing your calendar events alongside your tasks, you’ll get a clear view of your workload, making it easier to find time for tasks or adjust when new plans come up.
With a paid plan of Todoist, you’ll be able to see your tasks as time blocks side-by-side with other commitments in Todoist’s calendar layout, helping you visualize and plan a realistic schedule for the day, week, or month ahead.
Currently, the Calendar integration supports only Google Calendar, but we’re working on adding support for other calendar apps in the future.
