Current issues

  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: macOS, Windows, Linux
  • 🛠️Status: This issue is resolved. Please follow the below steps to get logged back into your desktop app:
    • Mac app:
      • Uninstall the Todoist macOS desktop app and download the latest version from our downloads page
      • Install and open the Todoist app
      • Click Todoist in the top-left corner of your Mac, next to the Apple icon
      • Select Clear application data
      • Log in again
    • Windows app:
      • Uninstall the Todoist Windows desktop app and download the latest version from our downloads page

      • Install and open the Todoist app

      • Open the system tray/hidden icons

      • Right-click Todoist and select Clear application data

      • Log in again

  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: All
  • 🛠️Status:  Our developers are currently investigating the issue
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: Android
  • 🛠️Status:  Our developers are awaiting a fix from Google
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: Wear OS
  • 🛠️Status: This is a Gboard issue which needs to be fixed by Google
  • Workaround: Switching to the default Samsung keyboard
