Current issues

Multiple errors when importing large amounts of tasks from templates or .csv files
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: All
  • 🛠️Status: Our team will work on it according to the priority list
  • ✅Workaround: Break down the template or file into smaller chunks
The Add Tasks Widget may not populate Quick Add, or editing it may show "Unable to load". 
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: iOS
  • 🛠️Status: This is a temporary issue resulting from a release to resolve the core problem with the widget. 
  • ✅Workaround: This issue can be resolved by removing the widget and then re-adding it. From then on, the problem won't occur.
iOS Widget Issue: Blank Screen, Not Loading, or Requiring Login
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: iOS
  • 🛠️Status: We’ve made some improvements to address this issue, and a complete fix is planned for the end of Q2 2025 with further system updates. Thanks for your patience!
  • ✅Workaround: In the meantime, please access your tasks directly through the app
The Gboard keyboard Causes a Black Screen When Adding a Task
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: Wear OS
  • 🛠️Status: This is a Gboard issue which needs to be fixed by Google
  • ✅Workaround: Switching to the default Samsung keyboard
