With the activity log you can have complete visibility into what you and your project collaborators have been working on, organized by date and filtered by project, person, or event type. See all:
- Added tasks
- Edited tasks
- Completed tasks
- Uncompleted tasks
- Deleted tasks
View your account's activity log
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of Todoist.
- Select Activity log.
- To filter activity by project, person, or event type, such as when a task was added or completed, use the drop-down menus at the top of the activity log.
View a project's activity
- At the top-right of a project, click on the speech bubble icon.
- Click on the Activity tab.
View a task's activity
- Click the task.
- Click the three dots icon in the top-right corner.
- Select View task activity.
Note
Pro and Business users have access to unlimited activity history whereas users on the free plan can access up to 7 days of activity history.
