We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive team-player to join our team as a full-time support person who will work virtually with our worldwide team. Though the position is virtual (you can work from anywhere), we are looking for someone who resides on the West Coast of the United States to provide better support in the evening hours in US-time.
To provide great customer support, we’re active on social media, and are constantly blogging about productivity tips. We may ask you to occasionally carry out other minor tasks such as helping out with adding a post to our blog, announce new features on social media, or help out with some research.
Attention to detail, self-discipline, and readiness to work outside-the-box are highly critical if not entirely essential in this position. The right candidate will also have a capability to reproduce technical problems and to understand how web-apps work, what can go wrong, and what questions to ask to obtain information about an issue from a customer. Knowledge of foreign languages would also be appreciated.
