Auto-contact when support query has received reply

Can you please implement a system that auto-emails responses to posted queries on the support system. At present I have not received notification that queries have been replied to, and this means I must manually check whether a reply has been received to seek a resolution to an issue.

Hello Peter,

Such option already exists. In fact, it's on by default and can't be switched off. Every time someone replies to your thread or any other thread in which you've posted something - you'll receive an email notification.

For this thread, you should receive 2 mails:
- Notifying about the change of the status of this suggestion to "completed"
- An email containing my reply.

Please check your spam folder in case neither of them arrives.
