Ability to exclude labels from search

I want to be able to perform a query and exclude specific labels.

For example Display all my priority 1 tasks, but exclude any with a label of "Pending"

something like <>@Pending would be a great operator

I've noticed that something similar (i.e. boolean/operators) is also in progress! Great stuff. Any ETA?

Hello Peter,

Yes, we're going to improve our search soon and as Amir mentioned in the other suggestion reg. boolean operators, we've made a document showing how we would like to implement it: http://cl.ly/text/2d0P3i0k2V11

If you have any suggestions about it, please let us know here or in the other thread: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/15/

Best regards,

This one already works (September 2013): the Bolean operators. E.g. if I write

@housework & !@cleaning

in the search field, I get a list of all @housework tasks that are not tagged @cleaning.

(Great feature!) So this feature suggestion belongs in the "Completed" section.
