Option to add "No Date" to TODAY

The idea is so we can keep those tasks that have no date in our minds instead of erased from existence. What tends to happen with me is that when something doesn't have a date I completely forget about it because there is no way for me to see it in my default Today view. I understand that some people might not want this which is why I'm suggesting this as an option and this option should be carried over to the mobile experience as well.

Hello Chris,

This option is already available. Please click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, go to Settings -> General Settings and from the drop-down menu in the "Start page" section, choose "custom query". Here, you can set it to "tod, od, no date" to see tasks due today, overdue tasks and tasks with no date as you enter Todoist.

You can also use this query on our Android app.

Best regards,

Great ideia...you can also order the order of it in the query... for example, my query is: "no date, overdue, 7 days", and I'm very happy with it. xD

David, please tell me how to use custom query in mobile app ?
I've setup start page (my querry: today, tommorow, overdue, no date)
Now I can choose startPage in webApp and in the Chrome plug-in
But I cannot find how to do the same in mobile (Android 4.3, todoist 2.1.2)

Hello Евгений,

In our mobile apps, you'll have to save your custom query as a filter and then go to the app\s Settings (top-right corner) and in the main Todoist settings, you will find options to set a custom query and whether you want it to be synced with the web or keep a different one on mobile. When you choose the query you can then pick the custom filter as an option.

Best regards,
