Create a "today" checklist

Sometimes I get overwhelmed by having too many tasks at a time and want to pull a subset without disrupting the project status.

It would be nice to be able to tag tasks with "do now" or "today" that i know i will tackle right away. Otherwise, i sometimes spend a lot of time shifting due dates on tasks just to clean up my short list.

Hello Joel,

it is possible to use due dates like "today" or even "now" in the due date field (please refer to this list: https://todoist.com/Help/timeInsert to see all supported date formats). Once you set up such tasks, you can click on the "today" link in the upper-left corner below the search box which will display tasks due today and overdue by default.

However, if you type "today" into the search box, you'll only see a list of project due today (or "now").

Also, you can postpone multiple task's due dates by selecting them by clicking on them while holding the CTRL key and using the "postpone" or "change date" feature from the menu at the top.

Furthermore, your can simply add a label to any task by typing @now within the task name, for example and then view only tasks with this label by clicking on it or searching for @now in the search box.

Best regards,
