iPad app

PA

I really like web based todoist for its fast load and simplicity. However I could not find the official iPad app on Apple AppStore. There is one for iPhone but it is from 3rd party and you know how iPhone app looks on iPad :)

Also I have tried to open todoist.com on iPad's Safari and seem like there is a bug with the date picking, always came up with today date regardless any date I input. Is it just me or..?

Hello,

We are pleased to announce that the Todoist Mobile application for iOS is now available at the App Store: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/todoist/id476672770?ls=1&mt=8

It can be downloaded for FREE. It's compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad (requires iOS 3.0 or later). Beside all standard Todoist's features, Todoist for iOS also includes OFFLINE SYNC.

We will soon release the Android version as well and will notify you once it's been published.

Thank you for your patience and continued support, we hope this App will increase your productivity and provide a great extension for Todoist's functionality which we will continue to develop according to your suggestions and feature requests posted in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/

If you have any questions or suggestions for the improvement of this App or experience any issues with it, please post them in this thread: http://todoist.com/Support/showQuestion/720/
We appreciate any feedback.

Best regards,
David

an iPad App is not complete without the ability to set notifications - please see more details in my proposal over here - http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/234/

Both the iPhone and the iPad app are weak! Make it 10 x better and charge a couple of bucks for it.

I agree. The iOS web app could be much better and is not on the same standard as the rest of the apps.
You've also only used one breakpoint / viewport size so the iPad web app just looks like a stretched mobile app.

I've just signed up to Premium and would like to see this improved, as I do a lot of my task management on my iPad.

It is great to have an iPhone app, but there really should be a native iPad app. This is a great product, but lighter todo managers like Wunderlist or Astrid have great iPad apps. So, you're at a competitive disadvantage.

The partial fix seems to be logging into the non-mobile version on the iPad since these guys were smart enough to use HTLM5.

Hello Victor,

We're very sorry for the delays, the app should be available soon, it's in the final development stages, some things need to be improved, but it will be a fantastic app worth the wait :)

Best regards,
David
