Scroll between Today, Pastdue, and Next 7 Days

M

When I click "Today" it should show me tasks due today, but I should also be able to scroll up to see tasks that are past-due, and scroll down and see tasks due tomorrow, next day, next week, etc.

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion, we appreciate it and we will consider leaving on the the "7 days" view in the future.

Please note that both the "today" and the "7 days" views include overdue tasks so when there are tasks past due on your account, they are always displayed in both these options.

Best regards,
David

Overdue tasks do not show up when I select "Next 7 Days".
Just as no future dates show up when I select "Today".
I have version .6 installed.

Thank you for the clarification, indeed overdue tasks don't show up on the "7 days" view, we will correct this issue in future updates.

Best regards,
David

While it has been noted elsewhere that the omission of a '7 days, overdue' view (a la desktop Todoist) is deliberate due to screen space issues, it is an important--and for some, ideal--way to view upcoming tasks. One can use Filters to view the same tasks in one view, but they are not neatly blocked off by day, and show the overdue--and thus, one might guess, most critical--tasks LAST(!). Is there any chance that a '7 days, overdue' view will ever be a Default View in the Android app? Not as a "factory" default, but at least an option? Even if the missing overdue tasks get restored to the '7 days' view, it would be nice to have a week-long view that starts at the overdue stuff, not at Tomorrow.

Revision: I realize that the order in the Filter can be reversed to display the overdue tasks first. However, it does not solve the issue of the tasks being thrown into a visual pile without the neat (and quite helpful) day dividers of the Default Views. Which is why 'overdue, 7 days' should be an available Default View.
