IOS Sync Issue

I have been running todoist across the web, mac book, ipad and iphone without issue for the past 5 months but yesterday I was on a flight offline closing some tasks on my ipad (well quite a few got closed) then when I logged into my iphone at home all the updates all appeared there perfect

however my desktop app still shows with all the previous tasks that I closed out on the plane

I have tried logging in and out of all devices, tried the sync lots of times but my desktop just wont catchup, it says its synced but clearly it hasnt

please can you advise what I can do

Hi John,

Which desktop app are you using? The Windows or Mac app?

If you're using Windows, please try deleting the cache folder found in this directory: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Windows\Cache

If you're using the Mac app, please clear the cache by going to the preferences window.

Let me know if you're still getting the problem after clearing the caches.
