Outlook integration


When I initially subscribed to ToDoist, I could see my tasks in outlook. That pane has since disappeared, even though I have the desktop app and my tasks sync. How do I get this back? I have Office 365 and Windows 8.1. I've tried rebooting and redownloading the app but neither solves the problem.

Hi Kimberlee,

Do you see OutlookTodoist in the Addins area for Outlook? Do you see it within the Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel for Windows?

Do you know if it disappeared the moment you installed the desktop version?

It's in both add-ins for Outlook and this list of programs in control panel. I installed the desktop version the same time I got the apps for my phone and tablet, and everything worked initially.

Hello Kimberlee,

Please tell me, did you install any anti-virus software lately or any other Outlook plugins? In other words, is there anything that you've done that could be linked to the day or time where our plugin stopped showing up (system recovery, new apps etc.)?

You've said you're tried redownloading it, did you first uninstall the plugin through Programs & Features and then tried to reinstall it?

I was able to get it to work by uninstalling and reinstalling – thanks for the prompt support!
