Anyone having difficulty installing the lastest update? August 23, 2014

Hi Robert!

We had an issue with the installer which is now fixed, though this requires you to un-install the app (try using AppCleaner or similar to remove all) and re-download from Todoist.com/mac and re-install.

You should have no problems after that. Sorry for the trouble.

Just so you know--still not fixed. My computer has been running the update for an hour now--

Did the same a couple of days ago.

You have done exactly has Enric has suggested above? As in downloading from the main website?

Here is what happened:

I just got another notice to download so I clicked it. How was I supposed to know that I shouldn't click on it but rather uninstall and then reinstall?

It was only after it ran for an hour I looked on the support site and learned that I should have deleted the app and reinstalled.

Now I understand, but it would be helpful if you guys stopped sending updates to click on that aren't going to load right.

Lisa,

This was a recent issue with an update, and only occurred once. We do apologize for that. Once you re-install from the main website, all should be back to normal.
