Todoist outlook add-on taking indefinitely long to load

I have installed Todoist outlook add-in and it is taking indefinitely long to load. Refer to the attached screenshot, I am getting this on Todoist pane for 3 days now. Everything else in outlook is working just fine.

Hello Vivek,

If you're not using any anti-virus software that may block Todoist from connecting or aren't connecting through a proxy server that's not configures in IE's settings, please go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook, delete the "Cache" folder here, then restart Outlook and see if it helps.

Hi David

Thanks.. It worked!! But i still feel outlook add-in takes too long to load and sync with Todoist. Is there any way to make it work faster. I am using Outlook 2013 32 Bit on Windows 7 PC.
