Outlook emailing to projects


I have had success setting this up in the past, however I created a new account and have been receiving this message:

An email was sent from "Julia Howe <jhowe@hammer.ucla.edu>".

Todoist could not process this due to a model error.

The cause is unknown, but could be related to a deleted item.

I thought it might have been an issue that the address that I was emailing from was not the main account address so I added that address to have access to each project I wish to email to. Still no luck.

Please combine topics into one as they are the same issue.

So you get this issue with both accounts, and you are trying to email a project? Have you tried adding a wildcard for your domain? As in @hammer.ucla.edu by itself?
