I am unable to install iPhone or iPad app.


I get the following message: "The item you tried to buy is no longer available" I get this message on both my iPhone and iPad. iPhone and iPad are both on iOS 7.1.1

Hi Arthur,

If you reboot the phone, does this still happen? I have one other report of this but its an odd issue.

Did you have our app installed before and are re-installing, or first install.

Rebooting worked for both iPhone and iPad.
