Wrong account type


sorry for the inconvenience (and bad english), by subscribing to the Todoist, I signed a 1yr premium account, not the Business account.

It's possible to transfer the amount paid for Business account?

Hello Douglas,

If you go to https://todoist.com/business and start the trial, the value of the remaining Premium time will automatically be converted to an account balance that will be used to cover the amount of the first invoice. If you've paid for Premium today, it will cover it completely.

Also, same applies for added users, if you add someone who has some Premium time left, the pro-rated value of this remaining Premium time will convert as well.
