Adding new users to Business account


I have three paid users in my todoist -business account.

When try to add more users

1. those invited users get their email
2. and accept their invites

but nothing happens after that.

I can´t see those users in my account anymore and those user´s cant use this business account either...

Any ideas? :-S

Hi Vesa,

Try asking them to create a new account using the same exact email. Let me know how if that doesn't help.
