I am trying to cancel my free trail of the business account but I am unable to as when I submit the request it just times out.
Please tell me - did you create the account through Google? If so, please go to the Settings -> Account first, set a password for your account here and then go to Business Admin -> Accounts & Billing and use the "Cancel my account" link confirming it with the newly set password.
But this only cancel the free trail of the business account? Don´t cancel my free Todoist account?
Yes, that only cancels your Todoist for Business account and should revert you back to your previous status (premium or free). :-)
