Hi,

Please make sure that you're logged in using the same account in your devices. Also, please try logging out and back in Todoist for your phone/tablet/computer as that normally gets rid of these types of issues.

Clyde

Hi,

This is still not working. The outlook doesn’t show any of the online mobile based entries on Todoist.

Hi,

How many tasks are not showing up? Can you please take a screenshot of the Outlook add-in and iPhone app that shows exactly which tasks are not synced?

Clyde

Hi,

Please find attached the screenshot of both the Outlook Calendar and Todoist App synced to outlook.

Hello,

Please go to C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook and delete the "Cache" folder there, then reload Outlook.

This should address any syncing issue for the plugin. As for the calendar, just to clarify - you did go to Todoist's Settings -> General, added the iCal feed as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzGubOy8GuE and yet nothing ever synced with Outlook's Calendar?

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. By following what’s on YouTube I was able to make the todoist calendar appear on my Outlook. But, I have been able to get the Todoist calendar as a ‘read only’ calendar on outlook calendar. However I am facing the following problems.

1. Entries that I make in Outlook Calendar don’t appear in Todoist read only calendar OR the web/mobile app calendar. I tried to locate and delete the cache like you mentioned below. However, I am unable to locate the folder. Screenshot attached

2. In a nutshell, a two-way sync isn’t happening.

Kindly help.

Hello,

That's correct, our iCal feed does not offer a two-way sync. You will see tasks from Todoist in the calendar, but can't add calendar events and have them synced to Todoist.

David
