Support,

I just upgraded to premium. Works on my Android. Does not work on my Outlook account. What do I need to do to get premium to be recognized in my Outlook email. The free version works fine.

Hello Sophie,

Your account is Premium until 11 August 2015. Please make sure that you're logging into the correct account. Also try to delete the "Cache" folder in C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook and reload Outlook.

David

Hi David I don't seem to have Appdata\Local in mu username folder.

This is what is still happening today (attached).

I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling.

Please advise?

Hi Sophie,

Which premium features can't you access? Can you please confirm that you're logging in using sophie@life-water.co.uk? If you log-in in the web, do you get access to premium features?

Clyde

Hi Clyde I am on Outlook, but all I see is the screen I showed. I can't log out or log in. But yes previously I was logged in as sophie@life-water.co.uk.

Hi Sophie,

Please show the hidden folder in Windows so you can see the Appdata folder. You can refer to link to learn on how to do it: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/show-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-vista/

Once you see it, delete the cache folder and relaunch Outlook. Let me know if that doesn't resolve the issue.

Clyde

Hi sorry Clyde - just realised that although it's working now, I am still not getting the premium aspects, ie changing colours of projects etc?

Hi Sophie,

Changing colours of projects should be available even to free users. :-) Can you do a test for me? Try creating a note for a task. If it allows you, then that means you have premium access now.

To change a color of a project, follow the steps below:

1. Right click on a project or select the 3 dotted icon on the right
2. Once in edit mode, click the colored circle
3. Choose among the available colors and select SAVE once you're done

Clyde I can confirm that my brain temporarily shut down and was clearly absent from duty, inexcusable seeing as I use TD premium on gmail everyday! Guess I need to get used to it in Outlook ;-)
