Bug with multiple installations

Hi there,

I have the desktop app installed on my iMac and my MacBookPro (MBP).

I was working on my iMac all day yesterday. I completed some tasks, added new ones etc.

I then start working on my MBP. TODOIST didn't refresh its tasks even though I clicked refresh. The tasks view was quite a few days old. I tried closing and reopening the app. Signing out etc... but it didn't update. Then when I went by to my iMac it refreshed to show my old tasks lists (same as MBP).

As a test I have added new tasks on the iMac. These are showing in the web view by not refreshing on the MBP.

I hope this makes sense. Feel free to contact me for more info.

Hi Andy,

Thank you for the details that you've provided. Please tell me, did you find a way to reproduce this issue? Does it happen every time? If not, how often does this happen for you? Sadly, we can't seem to replicate the problem so we will need as much info as we can get to find the fix for it.

Hi Clyde,

Thanks for your response.

Replication: as my earlier post. If I use TODOIST on more than one computer tis seems to cause an issue. I have it installed on my MBR, iMAC and iPhone. If I continue to use todoist on multiple computers the problem continues.

I have lost Friday's work now. I've tried restoring backups since then but this has not worked.

Getting quite frustrated now.

We are about to release a new update to our Mac App that should resolve many of these issues. That being said, have you signed out of each app, cleared the cache for your browser (safari for our desktop app) and then signed back in. Do they sync up properly?
