Why is TD section all black?

The TD section is all black in my Outlook 2013. I've cleared out my cache (on PC and Chrome) and uninstalled and re-installed the TD add-in using the last file in this string. Suggestions?

Hi Ryan,

Try uninstalling the plugin from Add/Remove Programs. Head to this location and remove all files %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook\Cache

You can even just search for Doist & Todoist and remove all (if not other desktop Todosit apps are installed) then re-install the app from our main website. Todoist.com/outlook.

Hi Brendon,

Thank you for the quick response. I tried your steps using the Add/Remove Programs feature and even removed all files by searching Doist and Todoist and re-installed the app from the link you provide, but the TD section in Outlook still shows all black. Any other suggestions?

Hello Ryan,

This is an issue we're having difficulty reproducing, but last time it got reported a user mentioned that it was caused by the use of a dedicated AMD GPU and an Intel CPU in a laptop.

This is what he wrote: "I found that the pane is normal when the AMD discrete GPU is disabled, ie when the laptop runs on battery without an external monitor. "

Please let me know if this applies to your case, that is - are you using an AMD GPU?

Ryan,

Yes, you seem to have a Radeon GPU (which is from AMD) and at the same time you're using Intel Graphics (see - "Display Adapters"). Now, that of course shouldn't be an issue, but unfortunately for some reason affects our plugin :-( We'll look into it.

I'm having the same issue after a recent update to the AMD drivers post Windows 10 update. Did anyone every find a solution?
