During my registration, I registered yearly payments. I want to change to monthly payments. Please advice. I am still on trial version. I am team administrator.
No problem, this can be done, but it requires the account to be "active". I could activate it for you now and change the payment option but that would end the trial today. Let me know if that's OK, and if not, contact us a day or two before the trial ends and we'll change it then.
I'll also pass it to our admin so we'll have an option to change the payment plan for trialing accounts and if it gets implemented soon, I'll let you know :-)
