iPad and iPhone not syncing with laptop + follow-up to open 7/29 issue
I am still waiting on a response to my 7/29 issue, in which I mentioned that when I put in a due date and then select a priority (other than the default of 4), the due date disappears and I have to re-enter it.
Now I have a second issue. Despite showing that syncing has occurred, the iPad and iPhone todoist app is not syncing with todoist on my PC (Windows 7)...the Apple devices continue to show tasks from "yesterday" as open, even though on my laptop they are correctly showing up as done.
I used to get prompt responses from Todoist as a premium member, but lately (see my 5/19/14 & 7/29/14) questions, I get a response fairly quickly saying someone's working on the issue...but never any follow-up. Is Todoist experiencing technical or financial problems? I'm just not understanding the increase in problems in the past year...are you growing too fast or something?
I would hate to have to find a replacement for todoist because I really liked it for the first year or two, but it seems like there have been a lot of issues lately that aren't being resolved very quickly. Hopefully this is just a temporary thing??? Thanks.
