Hello there,

It seems when I filter tasks, the ones that are level 1+ (indented) get duplicated. ? Any help on this? Its annoying. :-P

It seems this happens on both the web platform and the android one.

Hi,

It's working as intended. :-) Tasks are presented in the same way in filtered views regardless if those are sub-tasks or not to ensure that you wouldn't miss them.

But this is really annoying and confusing :/

Hello Malena,

We're sorry to hear that. This solution allows you to make sure you'll never miss any task due today regardless of its indent level. At the same time, it allows you to quickly check a parent task's sub-tasks for reference. It also eliminates clutter by not showing tasks that don't meet the search criteria just because they may have sub-tasks that do.

Nonetheless, we may consider changing this in the future. Please let us know how would you prefer us to change this while keeping the functionality the current solution provides :-)

Regards,
David

I hope my english is understandable:

I use the levels to declutter the list. I mostly use the "Next seven days" view. And for that order I don't like to see the indent level task, if I don't popped them up. (If I want to see, I will pop them up.)
When I can not hide the indent level tasks, the levels seem nonsensical to me.

I hope you will find a solution everyone pleases.

Greets,
Malena

Is there a 'shortcut' for the levels? Like P1 for "Priorität 1". A Tutorial would be cool.

Hi Malena,

In Today and 7 days views sub-tasks should be collapsed (hidden) by default.

To indent the level of a task on the web, you can use a shortcut Ctrl+RightArrow :-)

Hm ... I can not hide them completely.

Sorry, shortcut is the wrong word. I  meant for the smartphone to type like "tomorrow" for time and "P2" for priority.

Then it's not currently available but we may consider adding such option int he future :-)

Regarding sub-tasks, are they have their own due dates? If so, they will show up twice in Today view: under the parent task and on their own. If you want them to appear only under the parent task, try to se a due date only to a parent task.

Thank you. That's working.

In the widget there is no possibility to pop up the intend level tasks?
