Hello,

Please clarify - are you referring to the notification with the payment receipt? Or actual push notifications or email reminders or SMS reminders or all of the above?

In case of reminders, please let us know what's the exact due date and time of the reminder you've entered?

Regards,
David

Thank you for clarifying, in that case, please tell me what's the exact due date and time you enter into the Reminders section?

Let me know step-by-step how do you set up a reminder so I can try to reproduce this based on your description.

Regards,
David

Also, just to clarify - is it possible that you're entering it through the iOS app using any other language than English? If so - that would be a known bug that we're working on right now.

David

Unfortunately, I have difficulty communicating in their native language and do not point to specific cases can not. And create a reminder using the iPhone and the iPad. and there is no opportunity to enter the English do not have, there is a wheel on a date. but even if it has something to do with the language version, then localization does not work: I come to a specified place or going away from it, and no notification

Hello! you were right in that that does not work on iOS reminders if they are not introduced to the English, tested, although it works on Android and Russian. I would like to fix

I have the same problem, but with Swedish as my iOS language. There is a workaround for this: Instead of using the clock wheel, change the text above and write in English. For example "today @ 09:45" works for me. Also, reminders works in your native language if you use TD with your PC application or through the web interface.

Hi Mats,

We have an upcoming iOS app update that should address this problem. As soon as it's available, please update to it and report back if you still issues after.

Clyde
