As this App has stopped work can I assume it no longer being supported?

Hello Nick,

Unfortunately, we don't have a BlackBerry app. Please clarify - are you referring to a third-party app based on our API? If so, we have recently make some changes to the API deprecating the oldest versions so the authors of third-party apps who haven't updated them for years would have to make some changes to make it work.

thought this was a todoist app. Any further thoughts?

Hi Nick,

It's possible that you've installed an old version of the Todoist app for Android. I know it's possible for some Blackberry phones. We recently deprecated our old APIs and along with it the support to the old versions of our app.

You can try installing the latest version of the Android app (if your phone supports it). Unfortunately, we don't have any official Blackberry app yet.

The new Android version does not work due to the methods you use to access account information local to Android. Which is different for BlackBerry.

Any plans to have a BlackBerry 10 app available in the near future?

It's always possible but no plans as of yet.

Please add another vote for Blackberry. This is a deal breaker for this app for me. It looked promising, but without Blackberry support I'll be looking elsewhere.

I would definitely love a Blackberry app as well. I went to Todoist through the browser on my Blackberry but it really doesn't look that great, which makes me not want to use it. I'm also trying out RTM and even though I have been using Todoist just a short time and I like it more a reason I would use RTM instead is it has a Blackberry app.

yes, BB10 native app please. Or at least get the Android version to work properly for BB10.

Just downloaded the android version to my Q10 (BB10), and it's running fine. It's a bit of a workaround, so I hope to see a native BB10 version soon!

Also, if it could have a dark/night theme, that would save some battery- not just for us BB10 users, but for anyone with any phone/device/OS using a Super AMOLED screen.

Thanks! :P)

Any new plans for the BlackBerry app? Yes, the Android app works (runs on a BB Passport), but a native app would be great!

Hi Al,

Yes, unfortunately, we don't have a native app for Blackberry yet. Sorry about that.

Al, have you tried loading the Android app on your BB10 device? Last time I checked, it ran fine, despite it warning about Google Play Services (you can just swipe those away, or you can actually edit the app on your device to get rid of those warnings entirely).

Hello Alison,

Unfortunately, we're currently not working on an app for this platform.

I tried 8.0.3 the other day in BlackBerry 10.3.2 on my old Z10 I still have kicking around, and again, other than the Google Play Services messages, which you can swipe away and ignore, the app seems to work fine. I think you'll have two things that you won't be able to do: 1) buy/renew your Premium subscription -- though if you do this on another platform, it will recognize that you're premium just fine and give you access to everythingl and 2) use location-based reminders.
