Hello Vojtěch,

Please clarify what shortcuts are you referring to? You can use all due date shortcuts on iOS, for example - "ev Fri" or "ev lday" or "tom" etc.

Best regards,
David

Hello David,

most of the users of iPad is using external keyboard for work with the device.

e.g. I have BT keyboard. Because of this I would like to press Q or CMD+Q and application will create form for new task.

for example, i'm using mindnode application for mind maps. it is great and very usefull to use shortcuts in the application like cmd+enter for new node od cmd+tab for new child. It will increase my effectivity of work with this app.

Currently Todoist does not have this possibility or I dont know about it and really miss that :)

Is it more clear?

Have a nice day
Vojtech

Thank you for clarifying, that's indeed not available right now, the app only reacts to touch-input. But we appreciate your feedback and will consider your suggestion for future updates :-)

Best regards,
David

I think it would be a valuable addition to be able to type directly on the mobile screen. For example, pressing "s" on a pc sorts items by date. Wouldn't it be great if we could draw a large S over the entire screen to prioritize? Unless of course, there's already an easier way to sort, that I'm missing....

Oh, one more thing - is there currently a way to lock in a preference of "sort by" (date vs priority) ?

Hello Sonny,

Thank you for your suggestion, we appreciate it and will consider adding such option in the future :-)

It's currently not possible to lock the sorting method inside projects, unfortunately, but please note that any other view will always be sorted automatically (date-based views, filters, label-based views etc.)

Regards,
David
