No Automatic Backup

Checked Backups and it showed none. Just clicked option to backup account. But, why is not occurring on its own? Comments on window (see attached) even says that you guys make a copy each day. I'm a Paid Business Account. Thanks

Hi Carl,

Are you new to Todoist? When did you sign up? Backups are done only for premium users so if you have recently upgraded, there wouldn't be any backups available.

This should be fixed now. From here on, your tasks should be automatically backed up everyday.
