Outlook plug-in gone - Need it back!

Todoist add-in starting throwing exception in outlook yesterday. I uninstalled, re-downloaded and re-installed. It will no longer work in outlook and it is not on the add-in list as either active or disabled. It is on the windows program list. How to get back? I have had a premium subscription for 2 weeks and all worked perfectly until yesterday.

I have got the plug-in working again. I reinstalled outlook (2013, from Outlook 365) over the current installation and redid the Todoist installation steps given by support.
