+ Add Question

I cannot add more users


In our Todoist Business account, I run Admin, click on Invite Users and then add an email address, and I get the following pop-up:

Business account is inactive
An unexpected error happened. Please try again later or contact our support at support@todoist.com

I look and the account is active and paid.

Actually part of that is incorrect. The account is Paid, but it says under Account Status: Disabled. So it looks like something is not set correctly between the payment that was applied and the account status.
