Merging Premium and Business accounts



I'm addressing you with such a question: if we want to include a person (with an active Premium account) to a group (with an active Business acoount), will that person have to pay for this?

The person who has premium account has the paid subscription valid till November. If I add him to my TD business team, would the system charge me in advance for a year for that person, or would rather wait till november with charging the fee?

Hi Łukasz,

When an existing user has a premium account, the remaining value is calculated and is used as a credit to the existing invoice. For example, if he has used 6 months of premium time already, then it will not be enough to cover a whole years worth of Todoist for Business.

As for when you will be billed, I'll pass this to our team to get a confirmation. I'll get back to you with an update.
