Free 30 Day Offer (Location Notification)

Hello. I signed up for the free 30 day trial just before the 9pm deadline. Upon doing so, I had to input my credit card info and was subsequently charged for the first year. My understanding, through speaking to a Todoist rep via Twitter, is that I would not be charged until after the 30 day period if I wanted to maintain the service.

I was directed to note this situation on this page so that someone could look into it. I signed up under the email address "showthyselfapproved7@gmail.com" and My full name is "John Coakley, Jr."

Any help that you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Hi John,

Johncoakleyjr@yahoo.com shows up as Premium on our end, the other address you show does not appear to be a Todoist account.

Did you recently create it? If Johncoakleyjr@yahoo.com is an older account, that may be the case, and it was not accepted for the trail, as you may have done one before. That being said, I can refund the payment, add 30 days to the account if you'd like.

Brendon - thank you so much for the quick response! I changed my email address after signing up, so the "Yahoo.com" address is accurate. Out of curiosity, is that my new Username as well? If so, what would be my password? I originally logged in with my "Gmail" account.

Regarding the 30 days - can you just extend my current subscription another 30 days? I am planning on keeping the premium service. I originally just wanted to try the service prior to committing to the premium, but after using it for the past few days - I plan on keeping it.

Yes I went ahead and added the 30 days to the account. Yes that would be your username now, you should have added a password at the time you changed the email, if not you can do that now, right now you would not have a password, only signing in with Google would work.
