Premium version



I just upgraded to the Premium version but I do not have access to all the premium features such as "reminder".
I already log off and log in but still same problem.

Can you tell what else can I do?

Hi Fanny,

How exactly did you upgrade, from where? If you let me know the ID number I can manually upgrade you and look into why it did not auto update.

Are you sure you are signing into the correct account?

Thank you for your answer.
My company has a business account under the name Clerc & Net (I was not able to find the id number of this account, I didn't know where to look, can you tell where I can find it?) and my boss updated yesterday for the premium version for our all team (we're 4).

And I was not able to find my company id number, obviously I was not able to find mine, sorry...

With this lack of information, I don't know if you're going to be able to help me?
