Sharing

I am looking at sharing tasks with an employee.

Do we need to subscribe each employee to todoist for this to work?

Hi Brad,

Each person you want to share with does need to have a Todoist account, which you add through right-clicking a project and hitting Share. They do not need to be Premium for this to work thought.

Brendon.

Thank you so much.

Is there an easy way to set up an account for an employee and pay their $29.00 for the premium service?

Brad,

You can quickly create a new account at Todoist.com when signed out. The same steps you took to sign up yourself, I'd probably assume its easier if you created it then them. You can then sign up for TD Business (though your account, top right corner), which will allow you to add users (the one you just created) to the Admin panel, and will add to your invoice.

Regards,
Brendon.

I am signed up for the ToDoist premium business package (trial for now), and have shared projects with others. Do they need to be Premium members as well in order to set reminders and get the added features, or is it enough for me to get the premium account?

Anca,

They would need to be Premium to set reminders and files and things such as this. Free can add and complete tasks, and be part of the project.

Regards,
Brendon.

One more question - how do I update my credit card info? And make sure I am the only one on my team who can access that (because the blank info was entered by a person on my team).

Thanks

Best,
Anca

Hi,

If you are the Admin, then click the gear icon in the top right, Todoist Business Admin, and from that menu there is the area to change your credit card information. Only people whom has access to your account (which would be only you) can see this information.

Regards,
Brendon.
