Can't sync

Todoist is not sync since last night.
what I have to do to fix this problem?

Hi Rungvit,

Where are you getting the problem? In the desktop app? Do you get a error prompt? Try logging out and back in again and see if that helps.

Hi Clyde, I had the same problem yesterday and after reading your suggestion I tried logging off and logging in.... The sync appears to be complete but the Karma rating stands same as the day before. (No change on last update) That appears to be wierd to me. The entire day yesterday, the sync didn't work.

The Karma update can be random, let me know if it still shows no updates the next day.

Dear Brendon,

I love the product and the way its supported by a great team!! I have a personal goal of achieving 5000 (expert) Karma rating within a month of using Todoist, before I buy the subscription (I'm positive about the way I'm using the Todoist....) hence...the concern. I'll keep you posted.
