The limit of 200 projects

Good day!
In Todoist is very inconvenient function. It limits me on 200 projects. And how can I find out how my projects now? Where can I see how many projects remained up to 200? Thanks for the reply.

Hi Evgeniy,

Unfortunately, the total project is not shown anywhere. Why do you want to get the total? Is it to manage the remaining projects that you have? If you do hit the 200 projects limit, you will get a warning that you have done so already.

If you are not aware yet, each project are stored in their own text file. A quick workaround is to download a backup file, unzip it, select all and determine how many text files you have. Windows Explorer gives this number to you and Finder (Mac) also has this number.

We'll look into adding this in the future.

Regards,

Clyde

Hello Clyde!
Until I reached the limit of 200 projects. But I achieved it previously and it was unpleasant. Had to classify projects in another way. I would not like to once again face a similar problem. Yes, I have a big branch projects built by GTD system, taking into account the features of this system.
So if you do and there is a limit of 200 projects, we would like to see how many of them used and how much is left. But it would be better not have this limitation. :)
