Optei por experimentar o TODOIST EMPRESA.
Mesmo sem ter solicitado aquisição, comecei a receber cobranças.
Tentei inúmeras vezes cancelar, pois estava utilizando a versão do TODOIST PREMIUM devidamente paga.

Finalmente consegui desativar o TODOIST EMPRESA, mas para minha surpresa, minha conta que era PREMIUM voltou para a versão de entrada e eu não consigo mais usar os recursos premium.
Minha assinatura estava apenas no terceiro mes, tinham 9 meses ainda pagos.

Alguém aí pode restabelecer minha versão PREMIUM??????
