Sync issue



I use app on three devices: iPad, Macbook and Samsung S4. Yesterday synchronization stopped working for me, so there is three different "today" lists on three devices.

Manual synchronisation works only for Mac app but stacks on mobile devices. The only way to fix issue, I've found, is logging out from every app.

Sync issues make Todoist unpredictable. I hope, there is way to fix it.

As an initial troubleshooting step, please log out and log back in on all of the affected devices. Please let me know if that didn't work.

If you can replicate the issue or have additional info, please let us know as that would greatly help in fixing these synchronisation issues.

I had sync issue within particular task. Task on web app was accurate. Task on iPhone app was inaccurate. Had to log out and back into iPhone app.

Is there a fix planned?

Hello Steven,

We're looking into this, though it's very difficult for us to fix without knowing under what circumstances exactly does it occur. Nonetheless, we'll keep testing and trying to reliably reproduce it.

If you can trigger this every time you follow certain steps, please let us know how you can do it.
