How to move from company subscription to business personal

Dear Todoist team.

I try free company subscriptions and right now after trial period I want to swatch to business personal subscription. How can I do it?

Please clarify what account types are you referring to exactly. If the account is free, then it;s not a subscription, if the account is Business then it's not personal.

In general, if you have an already paid Todoist Premium account and start Todoist Business trial with it, once the 14 day period ends, you'll be charged for Premium based on the number of users you've added to the Business account and your and your users' Premium time will lower the payment amount on the invoice.

So, for example, if you're already Premium for a month, then instead of being charged $29 for Business, you'll only be charged $2.90 because you have $26.10 worth of Premium that you haven't used yet.

Dear David,

I didn't pay for Premium account before am just start using trial Business and right now due to I didn't need Business account I want switch back to free account and buy Premium

Thank you for clarifying - yes, you can do that.

To do so, please go to Todoist Business Admin (gear at the top) -> Accounts & Billing and use the "Cancel my account" link (this will only cancel the Business service, not your account).

After that you can either use it for free to purchase Premium.

Note - if you've created it with Google, you may need to go to Settings -> Account and set a password for it first, which you can then use to confirm the cancellation.
