Shortcut to start page

Hi,
I have configured a custom request for my start page.
When I access to https://todoist.com, I am redirected to this request : fine.
But after that, I didn't find any shortcut to go to this start page. I have to go to https://todoist.com again.

Am I missing something ?

Regards,
Augustin

Hi Augustin,

The start page just shows up when you first launch the start page and that's about it. There's no shortcut to bring it up.

You can, however, create custom filters where you can define the same query to bring up the tasks that you want. It's accessible under the "Filters" tab in the sidebar. Just create one, add a name and a custom query and you should be able to use it every time you need it.

Regards,

Clyde

Hi Clyde,

Thinks for your reply.
My workaround is a bookmark to https://todoist.com in my browser.

Augustin

Hi, I was searching for the same option as Augustin and found this query. For the moment I just want to show my support for the idea: I would love to have a quick shortcut to my start page, so I can easily return to that.

+1 me too.
The START PAGE query is -- by definition -- a very important view. Yes, i can (and did) setup a Filter for it. But that's an extra click, and buries it in a less-than-prominent place. Why not have the option to show my "Start Page" as a top-level link, before or after the Inbox / Today / Tomorrow links? THAT would be VERY helpful.
