Clearing due dates does not sync correctly

I've done this a few times and it happens pretty consistently:

1. Set a task to be due today or overdue via the web interface
2. Clear the due date for the task on Android phone
3. Reload the web interface, and the task is still marked as due/overdue
4. Clear local storage for todoist.com (not cookies or anything else, stay logged in)
5. Reload the web interface
6. Previously-due item finally disappears

It seems like the cached due date doesn't handle clearing properly.

I'm having the same issue, but nothing I do works to remove the due date. Every time I reload the web interface, still the same thing.

Any other suggestions?

You need to clear your browser's local storage for todoist.com for it to work. To do that in Chrome:

1. Click on the green padlock icon in the URL bar
2. Click on "Show cookies and other site data"
3. Expand the todoist.com menu
4. Highlight the "Local Storage" sub-item of the todoist.com item
5. Click the "Remove" button to delete the local storage
6. Reload todoist.com and the old-due-date-items will be synced to their correct value.

Hello Robert,

Thank you very much for your report, I've been able to reproduce this issue and have passed it to the developers.

Best regards,
