Can I add directly to a project when typing task name?

RB

Hi,

When creating a task, I know I can apply a label directly by typing @label in the task. Is there a way I can add directly to projects this way too? eg

"description of task @label *project" or similar?

Thanks,

Ryan

Hi Ryan,

No, that's not possible right now. Just curious, are you adding tasks using the "Quick Add" feature? If you are, assign projects should be just a couple of tab away. We'll consider adding this in the future.

Hi Clyde,

Thank you for the quick reply! I'm still learning Todoist so I haven't found my perfect workflow yet but I can see that adding tasks with "Quick Add" gives me the facility of adding directly to a project and that's just what I need.

So far my impressions of Todoist are great and I'm very impressed. I think we'll be moving my business to it.

Thanks,

Ryan
